All orders are sent in plain unmarked packaging. It is not possible to tell what is inside or who it is from. This is what a typical order from us looks like:
We offer FREE Priority dispatch on all UK orders over £30.00. Priority despatch orders are sent first class the same day (orders before 3pm).
Standard Delivery (99p)
Orders with standard delivery are sent by first class post. Our average order despatch time is within 1-2 working days of receipt. For those who wish to speed up our already fast average delivery time, we also provide two further delivery options to our UK customers:
Priority Despatch (£1.99 - Free over £10)
Customers who take advantage of our priority despatch option will have their products sent at the next available despatch by first class post. We despatch parcels at 15.00hrs on working days. This service ensures the speediest possible despatch and the type of postage used (first class), but does not guarantee next day delivery.
Next Day Delivery
We are delighted to offer a next day delivery guarantee to our customers. This service is provided by Royal Mail and ensures that you receive your order the following day. This offer is only applicable to UK customers including Northern Ireland and requires a signature on delivery.
How does it work?
When you have added all required products to your shopping basket, simply select “Next Day Delivery” as your delivery option during the checkout process. We will then process your order as quickly as possible and send it out using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This service gives you the extra peace of mind that you will receive your goods by 1pm the next day (please allow until 2pm).
When is the service available?
The service is available at all times to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be sent the same day. Orders placed later than 3pm will be sent the next working day. We regret that the service is not available on public holidays and at weekends due to the restrictions of Royal Mail.
What does it cost?
The costs of the service is automatically calculated depending on the products you have in your shopping basket. You can see what the cost will be for a particular basket on the right hand side of the basket page.
What if the service fails?
If the service does not fulfil our guarantee simply notify us, either by telephone on 0330 123 3112 (Standard Network Rate) or email us and we will refund the full cost of the service for you. For further information on Royal Mail Special Delivery please visit the Royal Mail website.
